PAYMENT TERMS
As the Andaman Islands increase in popularity the number of people visiting the islands is on the rise. The luxury of arriving on Havelock, finding a place to stay and then going diving without a prior reservation is slowly becoming a thing of the past. If you have booked a holiday for yourself on Havelock and intend to dive then we urge you to make a reservation with us in advance of your arrival.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have worked out a diving program and/or accommodation options that suit your needs, we request a deposit in order for us to confirm your booking. For all room bookings and meet and greet services the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation is 100%. If you are booking scuba diving the deposit to be paid is Rs.4,000 per person.
This amount can be paid by credit card or money transfer to our bank account.
Credit Card: If you wish to pay by credit card then let us know and we will send you a credit card authorization form. This form needs to be filled, signed and sent back to us via e-mail or fax, along with a photocopy of the card holder's passport and both sides of the credit card itself. Upon completion of the transaction we will send you a statement of confirmation for your booking. Please note that all credit card payments involve a 3% bank transaction charge which is to be borne by the guest.
Money Transfer: If you wish to pay via a money transfer then let us know and we will send you our bank account details. We will require a copy of the deposit slip, which can be sent to us via e-mail or fax. Upon completion of the transaction we will send you a statement of confirmation for your booking. Payment via money transfer does not involve any additional bank transaction charges other than that which may be chargeable by your own bank.
All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellations received
    • 30 days or more – 97% refund;
    • 15 days or more – 50% refund;
    • Less than 15 days in advance of arrival – no refund.
  • No refund for cancellations on bookings from
    15 December – 5 January.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the request and will be done via bank transfer or the initial payment method. For international accounts, any bank or administrative charges are to be borne by the guests. Refunds incur a 5% administrative charge.
